Min1- 10 Hang power snatches@ L1=30kg/15kg – L2=35kg/20kg – L3=40kg/25kg + 4 Lateral burpees

Min2- L1= 1 wall climb – L2=3 wall climbs – L3= 5 wall climbs

Min3- 15 Thrusters @ same as snatches
