Min2- 5 Hang cleans + 3 Front squats + 5 Thrusters @L1=30/20kg – L2=35/25kg – L3=43/30kg – L4=52/35kg

Min3- Cal row L1=12/8 – L2=16/12 – L3=20/16

Min4- Ring dips + 5 Power snacthes L1=4 – L2=8 – L3=12

Min5- Rest

 

B) 3 sets/super set:

30 Sec side plank e.s

30 Sec hollow body

10 Weighted sit ups
