B) 3 Rounds for time:

20 Thrusters @ L1= 30kg/15kg – L2=42kg/25kg – L3=52kg/36kg

20 Box jumps

20 Kb swings @ L1=24kg/16kg – L2=28kg/20kg – L3=32kg/24kg

20 L1=pull ups – L2+L3=chest to bars

 

C) If time:

3 sets/super set:

20 Hollow body rocks

2 Turkish get ups (each arm)

Not sure if my trainer is trying to get me stronger... Or trying to kill me.
