B) 10mins to build to heavy complex:

2 Push press

3 Push jerks

1 Split jerk

C) EMOM 10mins:

Odd- up to 15 Thrusters @L1=30/20kg – L2=43/30kg – L3=52/35kg

Even- up to 10 Bar facing burpees

After the 10th minute go straight in to “D”-

D) For time:

21 Deadlifts

18 Front squats

15 Pull ups

12 Shoulder to overhead

9 Bar facing burpees

6 Power cleans

3 Squat clean thrusters
