8 Double kb squat clean + jerk

Max ring dips

1 min max double unders

– 1 min rest between roundsĀ –

 

B) EMOM 12 min:

Min 1- 10 Thrusters @L1=20kg/15kg – L2=30kg/20kg – L3=42kg/25kg

Min 2- Lateral burpees L1=6 – L2=8 – L3=10

Min 3- 15 SDHP @same weight as thrusters

-After the 12th min straight into C-

 

C) 5 mins to find 3 rep max push press (from the floor)
