4 Single kb hang power cleans

3 Single kb shoulder to overhead

2 Single kb overhead alt lunges

-all reps with left arm then straight into right arm (without putting kb down)-

B) For time:

25 – 20 – 15 T2b

30 – 20 – 10 Deadlifts @L1=43/30kg – L2=61/43kg – L3=84/61kg

10 Lateral burpees each round

C) For time:

21 – 15 – 9
