You honestly get stronger every darn day!As crazy as this sounds its the truth.I experience it and im just a normal human being loving my body.Its physically that we are getting better equipped.We workout daily and move.Working out works EVERYTHING(balance, core).You push hard and than recover with healthy eating and sleep.Than us mentally getting stronger.We push that wall facing us, harder and harder every time until it falls and we overcome the challenge. #Itshowwearebuilt.
